We accept STL and OBJ files. For best results, we recommend using STL format. If you have files in other formats (like STEP, IGES, etc.), you can convert them using online tools like CAD Exchanger or your preferred CAD software.
We provide over 50 materials, from everyday to industrial grades, across five advanced technologies: FDM, SLA, SLS, MJF, and DMLS.
If your preferred material is temporarily unavailable, our experts will recommend the best alternative or provide an estimated restock date to ensure your project requirements are met.
Our maximum build volumes are: 350 x 320 x 325 mm for FDM, 192 x 121 x 220 mm for SLA (resin), 353 x 196 x 350 mm for Industrial SLA, 340 x 340 x 600 mm for SLS, 380 x 284 x 380 mm for Multi Jet Fusion, and 400 x 400 x 400 mm for DMLS (metal). Larger models can be split into parts or scaled down to fit.
Yes, we offer local delivery with tiered pricing: €10 for orders under €50, €5 for orders between €50-€100, and FREE delivery for orders over €100. All deliveries are handled through our trusted third-party delivery partners to ensure reliable and efficient service.
Lead times for FDM prints start from just 24 hours. More complex technologies might take longer, around 7-15 days, due to necessary pre-processing and post-processing work to achieve the highest quality.
Your uploaded models are stored securely and privately. To ensure privacy and data protection, all uploaded files are automatically deleted from our database after 30 days. We never share your models with third parties.
Every print undergoes thorough quality checks before delivery. We verify dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and structural integrity. If a print doesn't meet our quality standards, we'll reprint it at no additional cost.
Please note that this guarantee applies to printing quality issues only, not to problems inherent in the model design itself.
