We accept STL and OBJ files. For best results, we recommend using STL format. If you have files in other formats (like STEP, IGES, etc.), you can convert them using online tools like CAD Exchanger or your preferred CAD software.
We offer a wide range of materials including PLA, PETG, engineering plastics, and professional resins. Each material has specific properties suitable for different applications.
If your preferred material is temporarily unavailable, our experts will recommend the best alternative or provide an estimated restock date to ensure your project requirements are met.
Our maximum build volume is 256 x 256 x 256 mm. Larger models can be split into parts or scaled down to fit.
Yes, we offer local delivery for €10. Orders over €100 qualify for FREE delivery. For smaller orders, delivery is handled through our trusted third-party delivery partners to ensure reliable and efficient service. You can also choose to pick up your prints from our location.
Processing time depends on model complexity and current order volume, but straightforward prints generally take less than 48hrs to be at your doorstep. For complex or multi-color prints, we'll provide a specific timeline after reviewing your model.
Your uploaded models are stored securely and privately. To ensure privacy and data protection, all uploaded files are automatically deleted from our database after 30 days. We never share your models with third parties.
Every print undergoes thorough quality checks before delivery. We verify dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and structural integrity. If a print doesn't meet our quality standards, we'll reprint it at no additional cost.
Please note that this guarantee applies to printing quality issues only, not to problems inherent in the model design itself.

Material Properties
Key properties of our materials
Water Absorption
Lower values indicate better resistance to moisture and dimensional stability in wet conditions.
Heat Resistance
Maximum temperature the material can withstand before deformation. Higher values mean better heat stability.
Stiffness
Measures material rigidity. Higher values indicate more rigid and less flexible materials.
Impact Strength
Resistance to sudden impacts. Higher values mean better durability and less brittle behavior.
